AirpathVPN collects only the data needed to provide and operate the service. This may include account email, payment status, payment provider identifiers, subscription status, VPN key assignment data, and technical logs required for security and service operation.

2. Payment Data

Payment card data is processed by PayPal as a third-party payment provider. AirpathVPN does not store full payment card numbers or card security codes.

3. Technical Logs

AirpathVPN may keep technical logs required for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and service operation. AirpathVPN does not claim "no logs" unless that behavior is explicitly implemented and audited.

4. How Data Is Used

Data is used to create and manage accounts, process payment status, activate subscriptions, assign VPN keys, provide support, protect the service, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at help@airpathvpn.com. We may ask you to verify your account ownership before processing the request. Some information may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, payment records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or service security.
