Connection guide

After payment and key delivery, open your cabinet, copy the configuration, and import it into Amnezia VPN. The whole process usually takes a few minutes.

Before you start

Make sure your subscription is active and the VPN key is visible in your cabinet. If the key has not been issued yet, the cabinet shows an empty state. The key will be sent within 24 hours after payment.

Install the app on the device you need.

Install Amnezia VPN

Download Amnezia VPN from the official app store or the Amnezia project website. Open the app after installation.

Copy the key from your cabinet

Open your AirpathVPN cabinet. In the key block, select the full configuration text and copy it without changes.

The key may be long. Make sure to copy it completely, including every line.

Import the configuration

In Amnezia VPN, choose to add a new connection and import the configuration from the clipboard or paste the copied key into the import field.

Connect and check status

Press connect in Amnezia VPN. When the app shows an active connection, open the site or service you need and check that everything works.

If the connection is active, setup is complete.

If the connection does not work

The key does not import

Copy the key from the cabinet again and make sure the first and last lines are included.

The connection does not start

Restart the app, check your internet connection, and try again.

The site still does not open

Turn the VPN off and on again. If the problem continues, contact support.

No key in the cabinet

Check your subscription status. The key will be sent within 24 hours after payment and will appear in the cabinet.
