Refund Policy

Policy terms may change.
1. General Approach
AirpathVPN provides VPN access on a subscription basis. Refunds are not automatic and may be considered case-by-case.
2. Technical Faults
If a VPN key does not work due to an AirpathVPN technical fault, AirpathVPN may provide a replacement key or extend the subscription period.
3. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through PayPal as the original payment provider where possible. Timing and availability may depend on the payment provider.
4. Abuse and Policy Violations
Users may be ineligible for a refund if the account was used for abuse, prohibited activity, violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, fraud, chargeback abuse, or other harmful behavior.
