1. Operator Details

AirpathVPN is operated by Roman Popov. Operator details are available upon lawful request where required. Contact email: help@airpathvpn.com.

2. Service Description

AirpathVPN provides VPN access on a subscription basis. After a successful payment, a VPN key may be assigned or replaced so the user can connect through supported VPN client software.

3. Lawful Personal Use

The service is provided for lawful personal use only. Users are responsible for their own actions while using the VPN and must comply with applicable laws and third-party terms.

4. Acceptable Use

Access may be suspended or terminated if the user violates the Acceptable Use Policy or abuses the service.

5. MVP Availability

During the MVP stage, availability is provided on a best-effort basis. Maintenance, infrastructure changes, outages, routing issues, or VPN server problems may occur.

6. VPN Keys

AirpathVPN may replace VPN keys if technical issues occur, if a server is changed, or if a key needs to be reissued for security or operational reasons.

7. Payments

Payments are handled by PayPal as a third-party payment provider. AirpathVPN does not store payment card data.

8. Changes

AirpathVPN may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
